    This interactive two-hour workshop is designed for Nat Geo staff and former staff who are navigating career transitions. We will discuss the challenges and opportunities that come with change, complete reflective exercises to help you gain clarity on where you are now and where you want to go, and explore strategies for experimenting with new job search approaches.

    Participants will explore the challenges and opportunities presented by a career transition.

    Participants will gain strategies to cultivate a growth mindset throughout the job search process.

    Participants will explore where they are now and where they want to go through reflective exercises that help identify core values and strengths.

    Participants will gain new tools and strategies for advancing successfully through the job search process.

Participants will be encouraged to share their experiences and reflections during the workshop. In order to create a supportive and confidential environment, the session will not be recorded. If you sign up to participate, please plan to be fully engaged and stay for the entire workshop, if possible. The specific content and flow of the workshop may be adjusted depending on the number of participants that sign up.
